On 23 December 2025, FACE hosted the Potato Conference 2025, bringing together senior officials from the Agriculture Department, farmers, processors, exporters, cold storage operators, researchers, and policymakers.

Chief Guest, Secretary Agriculture Mr. Iftikhar Ali Sahoo, commended FACE for convening stakeholders across the potato value chain and highlighted the importance of collaborative approaches to tackle economic and climate challenges.

International experts Mr. Romke Wustman and Mr. Bilal Basheer Yasin shared global best practices and actionable recommendations to boost Pakistan’s potato production, storage, and export potential.
